🗑️ Account Deletion

We respect your right to delete your account and data. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request account deletion.
📋 What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and credentials - Email, password, and login information
- All parent and child profiles - Names, ages, and profile settings
- All tasks, rewards, and history - Complete activity records
- All uploaded images - Profile photos and attachments
- Progress tracking data - Statistics, achievements, and milestones
- Settings and preferences - App configurations and customizations
⚠️ Warning: This Action is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Please make sure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
📧 How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to our support team:
📝 Include in Your Email:
- Your registered email address - The email you used to create your account
- Device type - iOS or Android
- Confirmation statement - "I understand this is permanent and cannot be undone"
- Reason (optional) - Help us improve by sharing why you're leaving
⏱️ Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
💳 Active Subscriptions
Important: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your
App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before
requesting account deletion.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
You must cancel it separately to avoid future charges.
How to Cancel Subscriptions:

iOS (iPhone/iPad): Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Kids Habit Builder → Cancel Subscription

Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Kids Habit Builder → Cancel Subscription
🔄 Alternatives to Account Deletion
Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Pause your subscription - Cancel subscription but keep your data
- Export your data - Download your family's progress and achievements
- Contact support - Let us help resolve any issues you're experiencing
